In true Crown Highways tradition, the last day at work before the Christmas shut down sees the famous Turkey hand out!
Crown provide every member of staff with a Turkey to feed their families over the festive period. This year, the turkeys are locally sourced from Burntwood butchers, C Robinsons & Son’s to ensure that the business is kept within the local community.
Steve Jones, the Chairman of Crown Highways inherited the Christmas tradition which has now been going for 25 years.
Steve Jones, Chairman of Crown Highways commented saying;
“The last day before the Christmas shut down would not be the same without handing out nearly 150 Turkeys. It is only a small gesture and is the least that we can do for all of our employees after how hard they work all year. This year especially has been a difficult one and we are so thankful for every one of our wonderful employees.”
